From craft gin to classic Lincolnshire bangers, there is a lot to get your teeth into in and around Lincoln this year. The so-called “larder of England” is as well stocked as ever. Add pop up street food, artisan booze and a cast of national and international food and drink and you have an awesome calendar of events. Here are some of the tastiest as we take a look at what’s on in Lincoln from March to Autumn 2018.
Lincoln Street Food Festival (March 1-4 & July 19-22)

Love street food? Who the heck doesn’t enjoy treats such as Thai curry, wood fired pizza or the goodness of gourmet smoked meats? A plethora of local and visiting pop up vendors will be descending on Lincoln this March and July for a feast of epic proportions. Get thee to the city High Street and dig in!
Gin Tasting Night (June 1st)
After the huge success and popularity of our last Gin Night, we've added a new date to the Washy Hall calendar (and to keep it interesting, we have some new gins that we know you're going to love!) Mother’s Day Lunch in Lincoln (March 11)

Lincoln Spring Market (May 26 to 28, 10am – 5pm)
Traders from all over Lincolnshire are heading to town for this May special event. You'll find the best of regional produce, from special cheeses to cured meats, preserves and real ales. Lots of new things to try and samples on offer, with local crafts alongside the edibles. Just the place to find food gifts or take home a little taste of the region!

There’s so much to enjoy at this celebration of rural life and all things Lincolnshire. Aviation displays and special talks and guests are always great fun; but in truth you could visit for the food alone. Lincoln Sausage Festival (Oct 13, Lincoln Castle)
The traditional Lincolnshire sausage needs little introduction as an English classic.
