Our charming Georgian Manor House, located in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, and just over 2 miles from Lincoln city centre is the perfect base for a weekend in Lincoln. We’ve put together a 3-day itinerary showcasing what to do in Lincoln, from the must-see sights of the city to nearby attractions and historic houses that are well worth a visit.

After tucking into a sumptuous full English breakfast, let us organise a free lift into Lincoln city centre so you can explore at your leisure.
Start your day in the city with a stroll around the historic Lincoln Cathedral. Consecrated in the 11th century, the cathedral has been welcoming people for almost a thousand years. It continues to delight visitors to the city with its impressive architecture and stunning stained-glass windows.
The cathedral is open daily from Morning Prayer until the end of Evensong, with complimentary floor tours available Monday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm - click to view the latest admission charges.
After uncovering the treasures of the cathedral, treat yourself to a warm drink and locally baked goods, or even a spot of lunch at the cathedral cafes.
